Lincoln School wins 2025 Sam Battaglia Memorial Basketball Tournament

Congratulations to Lincoln School on winning the Sam Battaglia Memorial Basketball Tournament on Friday, March 21, 2025, with a victory in an epic battle over Yantacaw School 21 to 15 at Nutley High School.
The win marks back-to-back championships for Lincoln School, as they also won the tournament crown in 2024.
In the contest to determine Third Place on March 21st, Spring Garden pulled out an overtime win against Washington School 22 to 20.
In Second Round games on Thursday, March 20, Yantacaw defeated Spring Garden to advance to the Championship, while Lincoln School advanced to the finals with a win over Radcliffe.
In First Round action on Wednesday, March 19, Spring Garden slipped past Washington 21 to 13, while Yantacaw defeated Radcliffe 33 to 26.
2024 Champions Lincoln School received a First Round bye.
